Reiki Level I Attunement

Students will leave knowing the history of reiki, the application of reiki, an intro to the chakra system, and how to administer reiki to themselves or another. Reiki is a beautiful tool to use for relaxation, meditation, managing anxiety, enhancing one's spiritual practice, or growing your awareness and intuition. Everyone will have to opportunity to give and receive reiki at the end of the course. This is my favorite part of class, where we begin play with the energy and witness our own power. Lunch will be provided to help break up the day but feel free to bring water or a snack.

I began practicing reiki in 2019 and taught my first reiki course at the end of 2020. I enjoy connecting with each student, and seeing their self awareness blossom. I offer a reiki share to my students once a month, where we come together to receive and give reiki. It has developed into a great community of like minded individuals and is always something I look forward to hosting each month. I love seeing and hearing how each uses reiki in their life. Many are mothers and enjoy offering reiki to their children. Others have found ways to incorporate reiki into their work day. This practice is beautiful and can be applied daily.
