I cannot think of who needs more support then caregivers in the first year after birth. That is why I have created this donation based community gathering. Where mothers will receive reiki healing, support, and connection.

About the event
When I became a first time mom two years ago, I remember longing for a community. I longed for other mom's to connect with, to talk to, and listen to. I also remember feeling exhausted on so many levels: mentally, physically, and spiritually. This is why I wanted to lead a Reiki Circle every other week for mother's in their first year of motherhood. Reiki Circles are where a group of people receive reiki healing all at once from a reiki practitioner. Reiki is life force energy and is channelled through a practitioner to the recipients. The majority of the hour will be receiving reiki healing, enjoy the relaxation of reiki, and its ok if you drift off into a restorative rest state. The end of class will be a community discussion.
Things to bring: yoga mat/blankets/pillow (anything to make you comfortable and cozy), young infants welcomed, journal, crystals, water, and snacks (I know that hunger and thirst).
This is donation based offering but registration is required to hold your spot as space is limited.
