About the event
Motherhood and Pregnancy Reiki Circle is a monthly offering, and energetic support. In this hour the group will be guided into a meditation, receive collective reiki, and connect with one another.
Carve out space and time to reconnect with yourself, with baby, and your spiritual team. The energy will support regrounding, applify confidence, and clearing of anything no longer serving the mind, body, or soul.
Things to bring: yoga mat/blankets/pillow (anything to make you comfortable and cozy), young infants are welcomed, journal, and water.
***All are welcome, even if past the fourth trimester or first year, healing from a miscarriage, or perhaps you are trying to get pregnant***
