Reiki Attunement for Children

A reiki class for the intuitive children, ages 4-7. Children will learn about the rainbow that lives within, what reiki is, and how to apply reiki for themselves. Each child should leave feeling more connect to who they are.

About the event
Reiki attunement for children is for children and parents who want their children to have a great awareness of the emotional and energetic bodies. Class is geared towards 4 to 7 years of age. In class we will learn about:
How Mikao Usui was gifted reiki.
Explore the rainbow that is within (the chakra system).
What reiki energy is.
How to use reiki on themselves especially when they feel overwhelmed, sad, mad, frustrated, etc.
How to give reiki to a pet, plants in the garden, or family and friends.
There will be plenty of opportunities for coloring, art, moving around, and talking in class. This class is structured for young children who learn through hands on. The attunement process will be done individually as the class works with an assistant on a group art project. Class will be full of opportunities for creativity and self expression.
The end of class will be set aside to practice their reiki.
Parents are welcomed to stay for all of class, or encouraged to come back towards to end of class to receive reiki from their child. The learning and attunement process of class is expected to take around 2 hours. If parents would like to receive reiki to come back prior to noon. A small snack of fruit will be offered during class.
