About the event
Welcome to Amaris Healing offering a Donation based Kundalini Yoga Class ! I figured why not share something I love and have grown so much from in our reiki space! This in-person class will take place on July 26th 3:30pm at 1288 Rudy St. ONLINE OPTION as well through zoom be sure to purchase the online ticket. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, everyone is welcome to join. Come and experience the benefits of Kundalini Yoga for yourself. This is not a yoga studio, please bring your own mat or blanket to practice on. Yoga will be done in our crystal shop area. I recently recieved my certification in June to teach kundalini yoga as taught by KRI.
Space is limited, registration required.
Please bring a yoga mat, and a blanket. Traditionally Kundalini yogis wear all white and cover there head but no required!
