Welcome to Full Moon Kundalini Yoga at Amaris Healing! Join us on Jan 2nd, 2025 at 6:00pm central for a rejuvenating session celebrating the full moon energy. Saturday morning our full moon peeks in the nurturing and care sign of Cancer. The sun will be amplifying its light through the lens of Capricorn, the father of the zodiac. Truly honoring and bringing in our balance to the mother and father elements within us.
No prior experience needed, just bring your yoga mat and an open heart. See you there!
