Welcome to Full Moon Kundalini Yoga at Amaris Healing! Join us on December 6, 2025 at 8:00am central for a rejuvenating session celebrating the full moon energy. Thursday we have a full moon in Gemini. A time to be expansive in all of our capacity, as the Sun shines in Sagittarius. Let's flow through dynamic movements, breathwork, and meditation to align our chakras and elevate our spirits. No prior experience needed, just bring your yoga mat and an open heart. See you there!
