About the event
Welcome to Amaris Healing offering a Free Kundalini Yoga Class ! I figured why not get used to teaching by offering one at our reiki space! Help me learn to teach and enjoy the benefits as we practice Kundalini Yoga together. This in-person class will take place on Tue Jan 21 2025 at 7:00pm at 1288 Rudy St. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi, everyone is welcome to join. I am a teacher in training, this is not led by a certified teacher. A free oportuinity to experience Kundalini as I practice teacher for class.
Space is limited, registration required.
Please bring a yoga mat, and a blanket. Traditionally Kundalini yogis wear all white and cover there head but not required!
