Welcome to Exploring the Chakras: 7 Week Series at Amaris Healing! Join us for a transformative journey through the seven chakras, starting on September 30th at 6:30pm through November 11th. Meeting each Monday at 6:30pm. Dive deep into each energy center through meditation and holistic healing practices. Discover how to balance and align your chakras for overall well-being and vitality. Learn what emotions, gifts, and powers are held in the chakras. Don't miss this opportunity to connect with yourself and like-minded individuals as we explore the power of the chakras together! First portion of the class will be classroom style, where I share what each chakra embodies. Second portion is where we explore through meditation, sound, crystals, and so forth.
