Chakra Meditation Series

In this seven week series, each Wednesday we will meet to develop a personal connection to each chakra. Class will begin with an introduction to the chakra, where it is located, color, and connection to the emotionally, physically, and spiritually bodies. This portion will be brief as the main focus of class is to use one's intuition to develop a deeper connection to their chakra system. Students will walk away feeling confident in their ability to connect and heal their chakra system. Each class in the series will highlight a chakra, students are welcomed to come to all or just the chakras they wish to work on. This series is ideal for anyone wishing to learn more about the chakra system, to those who wish to begin working with theirs or others chakra systems, and those who are well verse in the chakras but would enjoy community connection and healing.

Class Layout

Each class will begin with an introduction to chakra, meditation and energy healing, ending with discussion.

Tools for Class

Please bring a notebook, meditation pillow and/or mat to make meditation more comfortable. There are chairs available and plenty of wall space for those needing extra support or those who wish not to meditation on the floor. I will also have a variety of crystals available to work with, one may also bring their own personal crystals to aid in meditation and healing as well.
