About the event
The 11:11 portal, is a time to connect and center with our divine purpose. In this guided meditation we will align with the higher self as well as connect with our spiritual team. During this 25 minute guided meditation each will receive reiki healing. I have found combining reiki with meditation amplifies the individual's experience in mediation. No experience in meditation required. Following the meditation will be time to reflect, journal, and share. Expect class to be an hour to an hour and half depending on questions and converstations.
Please bring any tools to offer comfort in meditation, journal, crystals, an open mind, and/or water. I do have chairs if needed.
